Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Creative Safety Solutions, LLC (dba $139 Arizona Discount Traffic Survival School) you accept these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only collect phone numbers and opt-in from you calling or texting our main phone number. We do not collect phone numbers or opt-in using any other method. You may not sign up on this website.

2. SMS Communications

  • When you call to sign up for classes we will collect your phone number and ask if you would like to opt-in to text messages
  • You may also text us directly instead of calling, and by sending us a text you agree to receive text messages related to your enrollment, class schedules, updates, and reminders
  • When you text us to opt-in we will reply with "Hello from $139 Arizona Discount Traffic Survival School! We will text you with replies to any questions and text you 1-2 reminders of your upcoming course. Reply with HELP for help. Reply with STOP to opt-out of further messages. See https://aztraffic.school/terms-of-service and https://aztraffic.school/privacy-policy . Messaging and data rates may apply"
  • You will receive 1-2 messages on average leading up to your class, and answers to any questions you have
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or calling us
  • You can reply with HELP to get help
  • We will not send you any text messages other than those related to your enrollment, class schedules, updates, and reminders. We will not send you promotional or marketing messages
  • We will not share your contact information with any 3rd party other than than for submitting your enrollment to the Arizona Chapter of the National Safety Council

3. Class Policies

  • Students must complete the full course as required by Arizona law
  • Rescheduling must be done with at least 24 hours notice
  • Course completion certificates will be issued only upon full completion of required hours

4. Payment and Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full before course completion
  • Refunds will be issued according to Arizona state regulations
  • No refunds will be given after course completion
